Blizzard Latam removed my team from sweden qualifiers

So, i am representing royal gaming club(ex pontal), a team that won the 3rd place to the sweden qualifiers in latam. this sunday (may 7th) one player(alemao) of our team had his graphiccard burnt out. So we spoke to latam blizzard if we could put a player in alemao`s place, and they said its ok, as long the substitute never played for any team in the tournament. in their rulebook, they have a clause saying that they can allow a sub in special cases, and in that case they allowed it, but the team that we were against(dynasty) started to argue that we should lose as w.o because one of the players(the sub) isnt from the original 5 man roster after a very long time trying to convince blizzard and ESL to w.o us,dynasty proceed to play the first game of the series, where they clearly threw the game as a form of protest and proceed to give up on the second game, making us the winner of the series.(https://www.twitch.tv/videos/140890275?t=4h44m) on the next day(monday), a person from blizzard reached me asking if we could play a rematch with alemao, we agreed in doing it but today(tuesday), we receveid an email stating that we LOST of wo on sunday and dynasty is the winner of the series. i tried all the ways possible to get a reply from them saying where we lost, but all we got was " That is what we decided, and the message was delivered ".

edit: looks like blizzard will keep their decision in keeping dynasty as the winner of the series, even tho they threw that series and we won it 100% by the rules, sad day for competitive hots
