[BUG] Getting Talents 2 levels earlier (with Chromie)

Was playing a QM game with Chromie on Sky temple and was getting talents earlier than our team level. I only really noticed it when I was able to pick my ult at level 8 but it continued on.

Anyone else notice this bug?
