Why does Genji's Shuriken(Q) clear Creep Tumors while Li-Ming's Magic Missiles(Q) do not?
What is the difference between the two? Both of them shoot projectile parallel to the ground. Is the same as having Muradin rooted mid-jump (E) while Genji would be not (D). Where's the consistency?
