Suggestion: Raynor needs cooldown of relentless leader displayed in the UI
Currently the level 4 talent has an 8 second cooldown but as far as I can tell there is nothing in the UI to indicate whether or not it is on cooldown.

In a very soon upcoming patch, this should be fixed, alongside what we call "Cooldown Buttons" (buttons you can't press, but they show you a CD), for the following:
Raynor Relentless Leader
Li Li Shake It Off
Li Li Elusive Feet
i hope we've got all the ones we've missed. (Basically abilities that have an internal CD that you can't see anywhere)
