we are doing a big pass on adding some UI elements to help with tracking core mechanics like this in a similar method to Greymane's W to a bunch of our older heroes (things like ETC's trait, Illidan's W, Diablo's trait, et cetera).
i'm 65% sure kerrigan's shields are already on the list, but when i get back in the office tomorrow i'll double check, and we'll get it in there if isn't.
