Where do I find those IRL people to play with like in this clip here?
Edit: thanks for the tip about college communities, friends, but I graduated 11 years ago and I am pretty sure it would pretty hard to even find anyone that plays League in my company social circle.
There is a discord called After Hours Gaming, where alot of companies have their own gaming teams that would play leagues on there ( LoL, OW, Dota, CS:GO etc) :D
