Riot's new chroma skins policy
I really dislike Riot's new policy of releasing these "special" ruby chroma skins solely in these chroma bundles. I feel like you shouldn't be forced to buy 5 other recolors only to get the one you want. I wonder what has let Riot into this new tactic of selling something regular (if these Ruby chromas are any different from "regular" chromas I am open to enlightenment) as if it was something special.
This probably got pointed out already, but I haven't seen a post regarding this topic, so here I am.
NeoLexical
I remember considering this when we first designed Skins tabs. Not the raw number but an indicator to how rare something is based off of % ownership. I later took myself off the team to focus on stats. Thus, I'm not quite sure where that landed. I believe we opted for a more static systems, as it can get confusing as % shifts time to time.
