Why isn't the highest rank called Legend?

Feels like it would be so appropriate to be called Legend since it's league of legends lol. Considering they are changing the ladder and adding some new tiers to it.. It seems like it would be an amazing time to change the name from challenger to legend.

Edit: If we go through with this I think it would be amazing to instead of adding "Grand master" we replace Challenger with Legend and have Challenger be what Grand master would have been.

Edit 2: Example of how I think it should look : Legend > Challenger > Masters > Diamond > Platinum > Gold > Silver > Bronze > Iron (I would swap Iron and Bronze personally but you can keep Iron on the bottom if you want)

Yo, real talk, the questions and feedback are awesome. We're talking about the trade-offs of changing the name of Challenger. I'm not going to promise anything—it's likely we'll stick with the current name—but the feedback actually resonates with a lot of people in the office, so we want to revisit it.

Like I said, chances are pretty low, but your feedback is super valid. :D

I hear what you're saying, but I'm choosing to interpret it as we're all Legends and being in your respective rank doesn't change that.
