Anyone else stuck on this initial loading screen? My account in the JP region got an invite but it's stuck on this screen, with our without VPN to Japan.
I contacted support and the response I got was to uninstall the game and re-install as Admin. This didn't fix anything for me but maybe it will work for others having this issue.
Write back and let them know. We want you to play, and PS is able to escalate to help get you sorted out.
