Cross region gameplay?

Hi guys!

Since card games are not really impacted by Ping, will someone in NA be able to play with a friend in EU for example or will this game be separated in different regions like LOL?

I have a bunch of friends across the world and I would love to be able to play with all of them.

Hi, we will not have cross-play across regions, but we have fewer regions than LoL, so it's a bit less segmented.
