FINAL UPDATE: Okay folks, we have a handle on the issue. To move forward, please please please, contact Player support. Be very clear with them and provide the following information to get guidance:

  1. Summoner Name
  2. Where your Riot account region is (i.e. NA, EUW, EUNE, etc etc)
  3. What country your internet connection is coming from.

They will be able to guide you on next steps. Thank you for your patience.

Folks, we're seeing the threads of folks stuck at Login. While we're super proud of the background Ashe art, the idea is to get you into game. The first thing you should do is contact player support! Please make sure you let them know what region your account is in, your summoner name and what physical country you are actually trying to login from at the time you get stuck.

If you want, please provide those details here. If you're uncomfortable sharing your summoner name publicly just PM it to me.

Additional note: It will also make it very easy for us to figure out what is happening if you send your Client Log file! You can find your client log file in: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Riot Games\Legends of Runeterra\Logs . AppData may be a hidden folder on your computer so you may have to "show hidden files" to get there.

    i from vietnam and it not in the list of playable country, can i use vpn to play? my account is NA
