What happens to old quests after rotation?
Should I finish all of my quest before the rotation happens? Am I gonna lose them automatically if I don't?

Yup, those will reset to full too

Old quests with progress will he kept. Empty slots will be filled. Not actually sure about old quests without progress, but I /think/ they’ll be kept too.
