PSA: If your game is stuttering since the last update, check your graphics settings

Yo, simple and quick:

Started the game and it was stuttering like me when talking to a girl, very annoying. Just check your graphics settings and see that there now is a Frame Limiter. Set this to your monitor's refresh rate (or higher), or if unsure, just to Unlimited.

PS: I want a 144 option, pls.

1. It looks like the graphic settings are now defaulting to "Ultra" instead of "Low", which is not intended. We're looking into this.
2. If you want to tweak specific things like Frame Limiter, you need to have your graphics set to Custom.
