Does anyone know what time new special formats come online?

I'm wondering if staying up until the omniscience draft starts is a worthwhile venture.

I think they start around 9AM PST (Pacific standard time) friday and run until 9AM PST Monday.

I'm just going by memory though.

Generally speaking, all events start at 8AM PT (16:00 UTC until March 10th, and 15:00 UTC after that because hurray daylight savings time).
