Has the Mythic Rare Wildcard drop rate been increased?

So, I was looking prices in the in-game shop, making counts on about how much it is convenient to buy gems, and I noticed this:

So the client says that the Mythic Rare wildcard drop rate is 1:30.

But if you click on Details, this is what is written on the website:

Since I can not find the official patch notes, I do not remember if the drop rate has remained the same or has changed.

Did you notice that as well?

Can you clarify whether you get Mythic wildcards on average every 24 packs, or every 24 [times you'd otherwise get a mythic, i.e. 192 packs]? Been trying to find this info forever.

Edit: Someone else had the info, but I'd definitely recommend clarifying on your site.

Per the Promotional Drop Rates page: "Each Pack you open that does not redeem for a Wildcard of a particular rarity will increase the drop rate for Wildcards of that rarity for the next Pack."

There was no change to the rate at which your earn Mythic Wildcards. There is currently a discrepancy because on average you get a Rare/Mythic Wildcard at a 1:24 rate, however you are guaranteed (no matter how poor your luck is) 1:30.

We're currently in the process of getting this updated/clarified.
