No Gems Received - Nearly a Week Later

Hello,

I bought gems for the mastery pass the day of launch on Sep 27 but have yet to receive the gems. I made a ticket that day and have still not received a reply from WotC. I contacted Xsolla and was told to wait for WotC's reply. I saw others having the same problem and have been waiting patiently, but I found out today that others have received their gems. Is anyone else still waiting nearly a week later for their gems? I am getting anxious about it, I don't know what to do. Thank you for any help you can provide.
