205.1B confuses me. Does this mean that if [[Oko, Theif]] targets an artifact creature then it becomes a Artifact Creature - Elk? The rules as I understood them (and how Gatherer specifically calls out) is that it would lose the Artifact type.

The rules as I understood them (and how Gatherer specifically calls out) is that it would lose the Artifact type.
It does stop being an artifact; 205.1b is talking about things that say "becomes an artifact creature" and "becomes a Construct artifact creature."
