    I had issues with not getting a confirmation email and getting stuck on the order is being processed page. Due to these issues, I thought the purchase had failed to go through due to that happening with one of the past secret lairs. I ended up trying again only to get the confirmation email for both a while later. What should I do in this situation?

    What should I do if I'm stuck on the "Your order is being processed" page for some hours?

    I disabled the blockers, but I didn't reload yet

    Should I?

    Hey all! Going to say some stuff, and will edit as things evolve.

    1. Haven't gotten your confirmation email? Don't worry, you will! Sometimes the system hiccups and it takes a bit to receive it. Give it a while and reach out to our support team later today if it still isn't there.
    2. Having an issue with your state or zipcode? We believe this issue has been resolved. If you’re still running into it, please let our support team know. Try using a different device, like a phone or tablet (this works for some people).
    3. Stuck on the "your order was processed" page? This may be because you have an extension that blocks popups/ads. Please disable those. If that's not the case for you, just let it run for a bit.
