Orbital Jamming Satellite

Maybe I'm missing something, but this thing doesn't work.

Hmm, I’ve seen it work. What were you expecting? Are you activating it by dragging it to a target? The target should lose its special abilities...

Just a quick note that the rad orbital disruption visuals for this Artifact aren't done yet

Icy Manipulator would be one of the most powerful cards in Mythgard. My understanding is that OJS suspends all special abilities that a minion gathered up to the current time, turning it into a vanila creature. However, all new or continuous effects should apply. For example, if there would be an artifact providing all minions with alpha strike at the beginning of its owner's tour then OJS will not able to switch this off. At the same time, any special abilities gained from spells and field enchantments casted before an OJS activation should be been removed. Unfortunately, I did not have the artifact in play for long and AI casted a hurricane of pumping spells mostly targeting my minions, but somehow managed to attack twice with the jammed minion. I'm really missing replay in such cases.

Suppressed minions are totally allowed to attack- Stunned is the effect that most efficiently denies "standard" actions like move and attack.

It might help to think of Suppression as a modifier in its own right- One that temporarily deactivates all of a minion's other modifiers (except for Defender and Immobile of course). If a minion is in this new "silenced" state, any other incoming modifiers will also be Suppressed until it wears off.

This is more powerful than one might think at first glance considering it can divest minions of the extra health keeping them alive from other minions/spells/enchantments. Also, there's some neat tricks you can do like Suppressing a Stunned dood to free him up for a standard attack!
