When will packet loss on EU Servers be addressed?

Title is pretty much it. Ever since the anniversary event the EU servers have been incredibly faulty at seemingly random times.
You can test this out by selecting Europe as your region and hopping into the practice range, hitting CTRL+Shift+N and looking for orange bars when you're in. In case you don't see any, simply repeat a few times, you should see some huge packet losses soon enough.

Now the reason this is so bothering is because this can also happen in competitive matches where you can't reconnect at the start of a match (which seemingly nearly always fixes the issue) but most of the time only half way into the first round, or more ideally after the first round. It's incredibly jarring playing as if you have above 3000ms and the game is stuttering with nearly nothing you do except move reaching the servers, most of the time costing you a what could've been good round. As I haven't seen anyone properly address this yet I thought I'd give this subreddit a go...

Should we post in US forums even if we're not from the US?

Great question! It's best to post on your region forum.

Hey folks if you're having connection issues please post in our tech support forums and include your ISP if possible. We're constantly watching the health of our server infrastructure, often latency and packet loss problems are the result of larger internet issues and not specific to our servers (which is why some people may have issues and others do not).
