Locked out of my blizzard account because of authenicator

My overwatch aacout has been locked because of an application called Blizzard authenicator So Idownloaded the app because I thought It gave you stats on your overwatch account But when I filled my info (Acc name and pass) it told me I need a computer for this So I came back home trying to log into my accout And Icouldnot log into it I gave me a code to fill in the phone application but when I did it told me to fill something that is called a "Restore code" First of all I dont know what that is And I dont know how to get that code as well My blizzard acc is locked, and when I tried contacting the support they game me a link that should "remove authenicator" When I opened the link it told me the same thing "Check your Authenticator for request (random code)" to enter in the app Which didnt work so can you help me please?😢

I have had best luck when dealing with Blizz support either via phone or through the chat. Explain your confusion, issue etc. Blizz support is pretty damn good if you can convey your issue well enough.

I honestly am confused a bit by your issue so doubt you will find much help here. You can however find the restore code in your authenticator if it is tied to your account in the settings.

Just to double down on this post, please contact our customer support, they can give more assistance with this issue.
