blizz doesn't seem to do shit about people who use bots. same botter that i run into almost every night in 3v3's.

if you've played 3v3's anytime in the last month or 2 late at night on the NA servers, (3-6am'ish) you'll have run into a guy with a bunch of chinese characters for a name that afk's as lucio. he uses a bot to do random movements and to auto select lucio.

i've been reporting this guy for the last 2 months everytime i've seen him, which is multiple times a night. i know for a fact at least 15 other people do the same. i've asked around when i play at night if people have run into him and tons of people have and claim they report him. yet it's 2 months on and he's still doing it.

you can recognize him by the chinese name, he's always lucio, he bots, his current season rank is 3k diamond (probably from afk decay) but his season highest is masters.

serious question, how would i go about this. i can't recreate his name they're a bunch of chinese letters so i don't know how to write those. but does this mean that reports don't actually go anywhere? should i just stop sending reports and instead just send emails? also what kind of info would i need, time game played? or do i need to record a vod and send that.

Screenshot or video capture (fraps/shadowplay) can work. If you can't grab those, include your information (battletag or the email on your account) and the time of the game.

Please continue to send reports, those do go somewhere, and they're very useful for us.

    Thanks!
