Overwatch Is Broken and Blizzard Won't Let Me Talk About My Problems...

For some reason my Blizzard account's ability to post on the Overwatch forums was never given to me. I didn't get banned because I could never post in the first place. There are no parental restrictions active. Anyways, for a while now, I have been having internet issues when playing Overwatch. I thought it was my internet itself so I upgraded and it felt better but to my surprise, I was still having problems. In the middle of games, everything would freeze. Everyone in the game would be teleporting and eventually stop and I would try to move in game but the game would just put me back at the spot where I was lagging. My ping was at 15 and I was just confused. A few seconds later, I got kicked from the servers and my internet exploded (not literally). Nothing in the house would work. I tried restarting the router, nothing. ai had to wait until it fixed itself. Then I would get back into Overwatch and rinse and repeat, got kicked and nothing worked. I decided to play another game after my internet worked again and nothing went wrong all day. Is anyone else having this issue? I don't want to risk playing Competitive because Overwatch will probably break my internet again and I will lose SR, same for the people on my team... Troubleshooting didn't seem to help. I looked up my problem but all I found were posts from almost a year ago, unresolved. I'm sorry Blizzard but until you help find a solution, I, as well as some other people in the Overwatch community cannot play your amazing game :(
