The Account Name field for if you have to log into Overwatch should really be called "Email" since that's what it really needs and it keeps consistent with the Battle.net client
You can just keep trying to put in your account name and # in vain but it blocks you from hitting login until you realize that the game is just lying to your face and what it really wants is your email and password.
