Overwatch has been patched 119 times, including 14 major patches, and 39 client patches. To date, there have been 37 different rulesets that have made their way through the Brawl and Arcade modes. At launch, there were only three: Quick Play, Play vs. AI, and the weekly brawl. The number of items available in loot boxes at launch was 1,248. Today, there are 2,203 Number of patches seems to include various PTR patches that is not the same as implying the game has been patched 119 times. pretty sure there are not 2,203 items available in looboxes at any given time, this number almost certainly includes all the various event only items. Although Overwatch has been really well supported I think this is hardly anything more than a fluff piece with very little actual content.
