People often ask for the 3 capture progress indicators to do something when you capture a third of the point, but can we at least get them to work properly to begin with?

Thanks for the report, our QA team is tracking this issue. (They did verify that capture progress "locks" correctly when 2/3rds has been captured, so probably a UI fix as noted in the comments.)

    Cheers!

no offense, but this (and e.g. the reinhardt issues) have been reportet about a bazillion times on your forums over the course of several months and are in the game probably even longer.

why does it need a reddit thread on the frontpage for basicly every big issue for you guys to do anything about this?

Hey there kraut_kt, no offense taken.

Sometimes a bug reported here or on our forums is the first time we've noticed an issue. Most of the times when this is the case, it's because there's something unique about the bug making it tricky to reproduce or uncommon for us to experience in QA or development.

In many cases we're already aware of the bug and have it tracked in our bug database. I can't remember the exact number, but our QA Lead Max Thompson once shared the amount of issues we're tracking. We'd love to be bug free, but unfortunately that's probably an impossible goal, we still try to prioritize fixes as best we can and deliver a polished gameplay experience.

When I see a highly rated reddit post or forum thread I like to acknowledge the issue if I have a moment to do so. There's not enough time to reply to every post, and even if we tried I think it'd convey a message that an issue is only known if we post on a thread about it (which is not true).

We think engagement with the community is really important. Stopping by to post a note about a bug or check out some cool fan art keeps us connected with the people who make Overwatch special. I think it also helps folks know that we're here and even if we didn't post somewhere, we're probably reading what you have to say.

    Cheers!
