I know this is the same link, but it seems that no one has noticed the original Bliz forum post has been edited to correct the mistake about the new map being banned for the first week.

It is not banned and will be immediately available.

Mods - If this breaks the repost rule you could either edit the original post or sticky a comment at the top of that post as my comment, and others, just seemed to get lost in the general chat.

    Hey everyone I'm sorry for the confusion on this issue. I misunderstood a conversation with one of the designers and unfortunately didn't realize that until people tackled me in the office this morning to tell me I was wrong.

    I hope you have a great time in the new map, and again apologies for the confusion.
