Game on sale at Best Buy for 39.99 or 31.99 with GCU, time for me to jump in??

I really loved playing the demo, and then just got caught up in too many other games, got a switch, etc but this might be the sale I need to get in there...anyone out there have anything bad to say or am I stupid if I don't grab it at this price?
