Constantly crashing in Competitive for unknown reasons.

I realize this may not be the right place to discuss this, but until my ticket to Blizzard gets appealed and allows me to actually post on the official OW forums, I'd hope to find a solution here. Other than that, Title says all. This has been the subject of stress for the past week since I've decided to pick up this game again. I'll be in the middle of a competitive match, where my game will freeze, close out, and introduce me to the white dialogue box and key to send a report out to Blizzard. I'll crash probably after every 1 game I play. This seemed to pick up after the 1.11.1.2B patch released on the 6th. Here's a compilation of the things I've done to combat this problem.

  • Ran a Virus scan
  • Updated Windows (v.KB890830)
  • Installed new Geforce GPU drivers (382.53)
  • Reinstalled GPU drivers (382.53)
  • Reinstalled Geforce Experience
  • Shut off Shadowplay/Nvidia Capture server
  • Turned off Discord overlays in game
  • Not running Discord in general
  • Shut off all backround programs not related to battle.net (Chrome, Steam, Rainmeter, Spotify, etc)
  • Tweaked in game settings. Here are my current settings.
  • Reinstalled Overwatch
  • Uninstalled PTR
  • Ran a Repair scan on Overwatch
  • Reinstalled Battle.net

Here are four of the Dozens of crash keys that I've received.

  • 61871D7D-A91D-4319-A7E0-F4426653A36F
  • 5945CC3F-A1E9-4C83-B121-4F7EEDA8AAA8

Any solutions before I reformat?

Hey there, I looked through the crashes you listed above and unfortunately each one is different and other players are not crashing in the same places you are.

I'll talk a bit with our engine team about these but this almost always means conflicting software, bad drivers, or hardware.

I see you've done a lot of troubleshooting, if you've done any overclocking (memory/cpu/gpu) I'd try resetting that next. If that doesn't help (or isn't applicable) I'd try hardware tests next.
