I was given 5 Winter Loot Boxes randomly!
I didn't receive my 5 crates when they were distributed so I asked support if I could manually receive them and they gave them to me on Christmas day. Fast forward to today and all of a sudden I log in and see I have 5! I assume the automatic handout I didn't receive was just somehow hugely delayed and for some reason distributed them to me now.
I can't complain!

Hey there! We did recently roll out a fix to get loot boxes to a small amount of users who didn't get them originally. We know this took a long time to fix up and we're sorry for that, but we're happy you're all set now. :) Cheers!
