That launch segment was the same segment (but extended) they showed at Blizzcon before Sombra "interrupted" it, they did said it was staged though just for the Blizzcon Sombra reveal but I couldn't find the source

The video footage from the launch room isn't staged. The comment from before was just saying there was no "longer version" that's been made from the raw footage.
