I'm surprised he didn't mention tweaking widowmaker. She is another hero who needs serious balancing at the moment.
Also how can they acomplish their goal with bastion and torbjorn? I can't think of any decent ideas. Maybe they can make it so the torbjorn's turret range scales with it's level and bastion could emit a laser where it is looking at while in siege mode.
We did make some changes to Widowmaker earlier this month and are planning some in the upcoming test weekend that we're anxious to hear feedback about.
