Some updates to the Stylesheet

We've made the first update to the stylesheet given all the feedback from yesterday's crazy day on /r/WoW.

Here's the rundown of what we did:

  • Tightened up the spacing. There was a vocal minority that really wanted this; we are delivering on it. Enjoy.

  • Lightened up the colour of text, so that it displays better against the dark background. In most areas, this passes WCAG AAA requirements for accessibility with colour contrasts.

  • Created more contrast between even / odd comments. It should be more obvious which comment is a reply to which now.

If you have questions or comments, feel free to leave them here - we'll still be monitoring the old thread, but I've already compiled the list of feedback, and we're already using it as a roadmap for our next list of things that need to be done, so if you continue to hate the margins and padding (or FSM willing, love them) then let us know here!

Looks much better. Pretty but still functional. Good work.

One small glitch I noticed: submissions with >999 points (ie: 4 digits) are having the first digit cut off: http://puu.sh/14BDH.png
