Rogue pickpocket bot in Vale

I have spent a few late nights on past weekends going around Vale pickpocketing mobs for Vine-Cracked Junkboxes until just recently I noticed every mob I went to had already been picked and no more loot was available. I did a quick /who to check and there were a few rogues in the zone so I figured they must be doing the same. Next day I repeat this process and the same thing popped up saying the mobs were already looted. Almost every single mogu was already looted and I knew it wasn't coincidental anymore. I did another /who and picked out the funny named rogue and what do you know his armory is full of gold looting. I did a little google search and found out you can make 25k+ a day with this program. So I figured I will report him since I am a bit of a white knight in that regard that I don't like bots.

Except I cant find a way to report other than submitting a ticket for something other than reporting a player being the issue. The rogue is constantly stealthed and I cant seem to find it anywhere. Ive sat afk in a spot for about 10 minutes on my horde toon and he ran by but it instantly vanish and cloaked its hunters mark off. Gave up not wanting to sit around my flare for another 10+ minutes in hopes I meet it again. Doesn't respond to whispers, not really sure whats next other than to let it take my pickpocketing fun away and let the bot sell the gold because that is what Blizzard wants now a days.
