Choose for me

I'm Insta leveling a shaman from level 60 to 90, my two professions i have picked right now are engineering and jewelcrafting because i like that they both make mounts which i can use for my self and sell to the Ah. I just dont know which spec to go into! i leveled all the way to 60 as Elemental and Restoration because i like doing dps from afar and healing. But for this i need to pick which spec to get gear from, also which spec i should use for dps... also if you have any ideas on which Professions that make profit that would be great
