Even more LEGO-PlayStation products are upon us as LEGO announced the 276-piece Astro Bot set. While sources state the product will be free along with a purchase of the LEGO PlayStation set, it appears to be buyable as a standalone product.
We currently have no guess as to what the price of set would be. It is available for LEGO Insider members starting October 1, and for everyone else on October 4, which is the same date as the PlayStation set.
The finished set stands at 8 inches/20 centimeters tall (including the stand), 4.5 inches/12 centimeters wide, and 2.5 inches/7 centimeters wide. The bot is also posable, being able to move his arms, legs, and head to strike whatever pose you want. The eyes are also different on the box and in many official screenshots, implying a choice of eyes to place.
The set is available for purchase starting October 1 for LEGO Insider members, and on October 4 for everyone else. There's currently no set price point, although I can't assume it would be very expensive if it's allegedly being given for free along with the PlayStation set.
