It's the time of the year to celebrate everything scary, dress up as monsters, watch scary movies, and play scary games. Steam Scream V is all about that last one. While the event is active, you can buy all sorts of frightening fun adventures on Steam for the very low price of sometimes next to nothing.
Now, why someone would want to be scared is a mystery to me, but you do you, you know?
Steam Scream V runs for the rest of October, and as a little bonus, even goes into the first two days of November too, where you can stop thinking about scary monsters and start thinking about... whatever you get up to in November where you're from.
The scary season does not last forever though. In fact, you've only got a single week to think about how you want to be frightened and then buy the games that will make you do just that.
