The new patch is now live with all the card balance changes, new cosmetics, and plenty of bug fixes. For the full patch notes for today's update, you can check them out here.
- 5 Champions have received updates.
- 10 Follower cards have been updated.
- 3 Spells have been updated.
- The new cosmetics include TwoArcade-themed items (Board & Card Back) and 4 emotes.
- You can get some freebies in the shop - Rainbow Poro and Poro Pride Emote.
Some players are currently reporting issues including not being able to queue for games and making purchases in the shop.
Restarting your client should fix the problem.
Arcade Theme Comes to Legends of Runeterra
League of Legend's amazing (incredibly biased, yup) arcade theme has travelled from Summoner's Rift to all of Runeterra.
Two new arcade cosmetics were added in today's update which are now available in the shop. These come in the form of a game board and a card back.
- The Arcade Card Back costs 490 Riot Coins.
- The Arcade Game Board costs 990 Riot Coins.

New Emotes in Patch 1.2
Four new emotes have been added to the shop featuring Draven, Ezreal, Elise, and Teemo. They each cost 190 Riot Coins.
- Draven - Alriiight
- Ezreal - Sweating
- Elise - Muahahaha
- Teemo - C'mon, C'mon

On the emote tier list:
Monkas Ezreal: definetly S tier might even be better than the sad poro, don't see a situation where you wouldn't use him.
Villainous laugh Elise: while epic, I think it's a very specific BM situation where you are winning by a mile on an evil deck like burn. B tier.
YESS! Draven: I fail to see when would you use this? good outcome of RNG? dunno C tier
Heart of the cards Teemo: no this is a solid A tier emote you would use this as BM when you have lethal in hand but you bluff the need for a top deck instead.
Pride poro: I can't see a use for this, no wonder they give it for free G tier for what it represents.
All in all the Ezreal emote is clearly the best emote of this set.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're referring to the pointlessness of the animated gesture rather than a sleight against LBGTQ people. With that: I think I actually like the Teemo emote better than the Ezreal emote, but I'd agree that I can't really envision any scenarios where I personally would prefer to send the pride poro emote (he's throwing his cards in the air out of joy?) over any even just from the standard 6 free emotes.
I dislike the pride concept let people be gay, whatever but the political movement, and pronoun stupidity, needs to go away.
I can see that basically this Pride month is some global marketing event to sell stuff to LGBT easier so I can see why Riot does it, but I personally dislike it, and I can have my own opinion don't I?
