MTG Arena's Historic format will be seeing an update to the Banned & Restricted list on Monday. No other formats are receiving changes to their B&R lists.
This will be the second set of Banned & Restricted updates that Historic is receiving this August, with the last changes being announced only a few weeks ago at the start of the month. We saw Wilderness Reclamation and Teferi, Time Raveler moved to Suspended at that point in time, perhaps they will receive bans or additional cards will be targeted.

Does Arena have a restricted list? Reclamation decks are horrible to play against but I feel like it could function as a 'one of' card instead of a build around.
