Alex Horley shared the art he did for Hearthstone's fresh set of Old Gods over on his Instagram account shortly after the expansion was announced yesterday. The art is so wonderful, we just had to share it!
While these aren't the fullest of full arts, the original pieces were all painted in acrylics on 14x24” which means the resolution here is a bit off, they show the incredible detail that went into these works.

Very nice.
METAL
I always wonder if the giant Lovecraftian gods carefully step around tiny human buildings.
How are you going to recruit if you trample your own fairgrounds?
N'Zoth approves.
For some reason it feels like the 4 Old Gods are competing for who can get the most ticket sales, and they are all coming out to advertise lol.
These are really breathtaking..
I’ll be way too slow to work, but part of me wants to do a Double C’Thun Shudderwock Combo... with double battlecries on Shudder... Is that wrong of me?! Maybe!
Add Mecha'thun and make it a triple.
Triple C'thun Triple Reno Mage
Horley's art style was definitely the right choice for the Old Gods.
Y'Shaarj is the Bancient One!
They're all pretty darn good but I must say that mustache on Y'Shaarj is incredible not playing favorites or anything though.
He's Dick Y'Shaastardly.
Turns out he always had a mustache
dunno some arts I just saw them from a far a lot and didn't notice the details.
Huh, never noticed either actually and it looks longer then last time guess he spent all this time growing it out.
