New cards, a new champion, and login rewards are here in the Aphelios Champion Expansion launching today.

  • 15 new cards have been added to Legends of Runeterra in this mini set.
  • Aphelios is the new champion card that is the primary focus of the set.
  • A round of login rewards is live and makes it easy to obtain a copy of most of the new cards.
  • We've got some great theorycraft decks for the new cards, or, share your own in our deckbuilder.

15 New Cards

Whoa! Not only are we getting a new champion, but we're also going to see the addition of new followers, a landmark, and plenty of new spells for the other regions. Here are the new followers, to see everything that is new, head over to this article.

Lunar Login Rewards

The Lunar Login Rewards that were added in the patch celebrate Chinese New Year and will provide all players very easy access to 1 copy of most of the new cards that have arrived with the expansion. Getting logging in to earn!

  • Login rewards kick-off with a copy of Aphelios and then moves on to reward more followers, a landmark, and then handfuls of spells.
  • Each day you will also receive an event quest.
  • Completing all event quests earn you a special card back.
  • Rewards are only active for 2 weeks. Don't wait until the last minute to login.

Share Your Decks

All the new cards are in our database and as such, can be used to build new decks in our deckbuilder! Be sure to write a guide after saving your deck so your fellow players know how to best make use of your creation.
