Discussion
As a shock to no one, Warlock was brought to this week's Last Hero Standing by all 48 players. Shaman was the second favorite in all regions, and Mage came third in APAC and Europe whereas Americas preferred Hunters. While Europeans abandoned Illidan after the Il'gynoth nerf, Demon Hunters (even lists with the OTK!) still saw some play in other regions. Paladin and Warrior were universally left out of this week's lineups.
Last Hero Standing seemed to suit the Japanese in APAC as they claimed three of the top 4 spots. The more experienced duo Alutemu and posesi were able to reach the final by beating the newcomer Trahison and Surrender, the only non-Japanese left. The final between mirror lineups ended in posesi's triumph and the five points were very welcome after he got zero points last week.
The success of Season 1 winners continued in Europe where Frenetic sweeped Warma with his Shaman and Bunnyhoppor with his Mage. Gaby also added another chapter to his impressive results on his maiden season by reaching top 4 again after winning last week. In Americas, the third Season 1 champion Nalguidan was also able to reach top 4 but got swept by Fled's Face Hunter in the semifinals. The final was a tale of Thralls as Monsanto was close to getting swept by Fled's Shaman before reverse-sweeping to victory with his own Shaman.
The winners of Week 2.
Lastly, let's take another early glimpse at the points standings of this season. Some big names are currently in the relegation zones, including the reigning World Champion glory, but there are still five weeks left and a lot can happen.

Trahison was the true champion this week just for how he munched on that baguette
