Hearthstone has sent out one of their wonderful surveys again and this time around they asked players about Battlegrounds.
As seen on reddit, /u/Gravitybox shared details on a survey they received from Blizzard which talked about Battlegrounds cosmetics. A new type of cosmetic is in development and they are called "finishers". The first-ever potential finisher was previewed to participants and you can watch it below.
What is a Hearthstone Battlegrounds Finisher?
A finisher in Hearthstone Battlegrounds a special effect that is played when your hero attacks your opponent after you win a round. These are cosmetic effects and have no game balance decision.
When Will Finishers be Available in Hearthstone Battlegrounds?
Blizzard has not yet officially announced finishers and any information in this post should only be considered a preview of what is possibly coming in the future for Battlegrounds.

Excellent headline, team! I got quite the kick out of it.
I also like that Blizz is figuring out Battlegrounds cosmetics (like the board) that you can enjoy every game, not just when you happen to roll a particular hero.
