Discussion

This week no Warlocks were played as Blizzard omitted the class from all five Trio buckets available for the players. Both Europe and Americas saw the remaining nine classes played whereas APAC players rejected the bucket including last week's favorite Demon Hunter and Paladin. Curiously, that particular bucket (DH/Paladin/Warrior) was the most popular pick in the other two regions, whereas APAC's clear #1 choice was Druid/Hunter/Warrior was the runner-up.

Result-based Discussion

In APAC, three players who got zero points last week bounced right back with top 4 finishes as AlanC86 and Alutemu got 3 points each for their troubles, and che0nsu went to win the whole week and grab 5 points to his tally. The points standings are extremely close now with a whopping seven players at three points fighting for their Playoffs spot.

The tale in Europe followed a similar path as the zero-point Seiko and Bunnyhoppor were the final two players standing, with the latter emerging victorious after the grand final. The newcomer SuperFake is leading the pack in Europe and has basically secured his spot in the Playoffs as well. In Americas, the final also had one player who started with zero points in Pascoa, whereas to his opponent and compatriot Fled it was a back-to-back appearance. In the end, Fled managed to grab himself a good birthday present with a 3-1 victory.

The winners of Week 2.

Lastly, let's take another glimpse at the points standings of this season.

APAC Points Europe Points Americas Points
lambyseries 6 SuperFake 7 Fled 9
Mighty 6 xBlyzes 6 Fr0zen 5
Che0nsu 5 Bunnyhoppor 5 Monsanto 5
