Although the Yogg-Saron Mercenaries event is going to start only on June 30th, we datamined the contents of all the 10 tasks you'll have to complete in order to earn the generous rewards locked behind them. This is the fifth limited-time Mercenaries event, and comes right after the Y'Shaarj one ended: if two Old Gods in a row might have been a coincidence, three in a row is definitely not - at this point it is reasonable to think that C'Thun won't be far away in the future!

As the Patch Notes specified, some of the event's tasks will require us to build our Parties with various amounts of Naga (called it!) and Night Elves Mercenaries. For completion's sake, here's a list of said characters, which definitely got longer after the last update:
- Naga
- Protectors: Fathom-Lord Karathress, Tidemistress Athissa.
- Fighters: Lady Vashj, Lord Slitherspear.
- Casters: Queen Azshara, Zar'jira, the Sea Witch.
- Night Elves
- Protectors: Kurtrus Ashfallen, Maiev Shadowsong, Malfurion Stormrage.
- Fighters: Elise Starseeker, Illidan Stormrage, Lady Anacondra, Tyrande.
- Casters: none.
As usual, we're going to cover the entire event with a series of guides that will break down each task, explaining to you the most efficient way to progress through the event and earn all the rewards. Although you'll still have to wait some time for the aforementioned tasks, make sure to keep an eye open on our Yogg-Saron Mercenaries Event portal, which will allow you to stay updated with anything regarding it.

My thoughts on the tasks:
My naga are not very powerful yet, maybe I'll work on that this week.
Thanks for the data!
I'm also wondering how task 7 will work. Will Oh My Yogg need to be the winning move? Or will the fact that I queued it be enough. We shall see.
Luckily you don't have to go in with a full team like Pirates or Humans, so something like Fire, Nature or Holy should be able to carry two and three Naga easily.
I think, piggybacking off of Auspicious, have Cookie, Yogg and say Alexstrasz.
Get a turn where it's a Fish and your three mercs, and just use Oh My Yogg.
If it can't repeat abilities, then you'll likely hit Dragon Breath, Flame Buffet and Fish Feast, ending the fight.
Mmh... clever question. We're talking about an ability with 15 cooldown, so using it alone is quite difficult; on the other hand, it wouldn't really make sense for the task to ask us to use it and then win in other ways.
It's not difficult; it's Cookie on Bounty 1, Match 1 with a summoned fish reduced to a health point or two. That applies to all of the non-boss content, of course.
Now, doing it extemporaneously, during non-task-grinding play, that sounds tricky.
As for that cooldown, Y'shaarj and N'zoth both help with Old Gods cooldowns and Blink Fox helps with all of them. And there are likely treasures that will help.
Tasks look more interesting and less nerdy than those of Y'Shaarj. Overall, the upcoming event should leave a better impression than the previous one, for which I had to urgrade and make pirates, which I don’t play at all.
