A Verge article came out some time ago detailing the increase in price of both Xbox consoles as well as the Game Pass service. The Game Pass changes will go into effect on July 6th, with existing subscribers seeing the change starting August 13th (September 13th for Germany). Consoles will be more expensive starting in August.

First up are the Series consoles. The S will not be affected, but the X will see a price increase in most non-US territories. Namely, the console will go for 550 euros in most of Europe, 480 pounds in the UK, 650 CAD in Canada, and 800 AUD in Australia.

As for Game Pass, PC players will be unaffected, but console players will have pay an extra dollar/euro/pound/etc. for the service (from 9.99 USD to 10.99 USD, for instance), while Ultimate subscribers will need pay 2 extra dollars/euros/pounds/etc. (from 14.99 USD to 16.99 USD, for example).
