  • Redeemed all packs, but Showdown ones were the only ones not delivered.

    • Same here

    • Same here.  With the patch that added Showdown pre-orders they accidentally pushed through 3 golden Showdown packs that some people (me) saw pop up.  They took them back in the next hot fix, and there was a note about a "BlizzCon surprise" being given out early.

I'm wondering if their quick fix to hide those packs to try and maintain the surprise for some people is now causing the Badlands packs from drops to not show up.

      • No conspiracy here, they confirmed it’ll be fixed this week when the team is back to work.

        • I never said anything about a conspiracy.  I simply stated fact that they accidentally pushed out packs that were intended to go out during BlizzCon, and then theorized that perhaps the hot fix they pushed to maintain the BlizzCon "surprise" was inadvertently messing with the appearance of the packs from the drops.

  • Free packs! When is the starting time for the event?
