Blizzard has announced that Season of Discovery will be introducing the much-anticipated Dual Talent Specilization with the launch of Phase 3 on April 4.
A new NPC, Grendag Brightbeard had been added to the game and allows anyone that is at least Level 40 to purchase the ability to have two sets of talents (Dual Spec). It will set you back 50 gold, but that's nothing compared to the cost of respeccing over and over again as you change the type of content you want to play. No details are currently available on where exactly this Dwarf can be found, but he is certainly a Dwarf of Many Talents.
