Another Thursday is here, and it looks like it marks the return of two titles per week from the Epic Games Store instead of the usual one! Today we're getting a space survival game and survival horror metroidvania with an African mythology setting. Let's take a look!
Empyrion - Galactic Survival
You just landed on an alien planet with nothing but some mining tools. Sooner than you can say "SAAAAACE", you'll get yourself a base of operation and a spaceship to let you go off world and repeat the process somewhere else. Or maybe you'll get killed by enemy forces, who knows? Empyrion - Galactic Survival is a space survival game that can be enjoyed solo or in multiplayer, and it lets you explore the galaxy at your own pace.
Outliver: Tribulation
It's never a good sign when a modern-day soldier ends up in a supernatural setting. When Bolanle Gboyega finds herself in the Realm of Tribulators, she must complete a series of rituals in order to find her way back home... Or so she is told. Outliver: Tribulation combines souls-like elements with survival horror and African mythology for a unique experience.
