New Heroes

  • Captain America (Sam Wilson) unlocks immediately with the season pass. (Series 5)
    • [2/3] Game Start: Add Cap's Shield to a Random Location. Ongoing: You can move Cap's Shield.
  • Joaquin Torres Falcon (Series 5)
    • [3/4] Ongoing: The On Reveal Abilities of Your 1-Cost Cards Here Happen Twice.
  • Thaddeus Thunderbolt Ross (Series 5)
    • [2/2] When your opponent ends a turn with unspent energy, draw a card with 10 or more power.
  • Redwing (Series 5)
    • [3/3] The first time this moves, add a card from your hand to the old location.
  • Diamondback (Series 5)
    • [3/3] Ongoing: Enemy cards here afflicted with negative power have an additional -2 power.
  • Uncle Ben
    • [1/2] When this card is destroyed replace it with Spider-Man.
  • Gorgon
    • [2/3] Ongoing: Your opponent's cards that didn't start in their deck cost 1 more. (maximum 6)
  • Laufey
    • [4/5] On Reveal: Steal 1 Power from each other card here.

Sanctum Showdown - Starting February 18

This new limited-time game mode is arriving February 18 and will be around for two full weeks!

  • The normal game rules are gone!
  • You earn points each turn from the locations you are winning.
  • Each location is worth 1 point, unless it is marked as the Sanctum, then its worth "bonus points". The video showed a sanctum as being worth 4.
  • Every turn the sanctum will move.
  • Starting on turn 3 you can SNAP to add an extra point to the sanctum.
  • The first player to hit 16 points wins the game.

In addition to the new mode, a new shop will open up with goodies and series 4 and 5 cards including 3 new ones - see above for the new ones!

Character Mastery

Character Mastery finally arrives in Marvel Snap on February 11!

Earn rewards for each hero with their own progression track featuring finishes and more! If you get to level 30 for a character you will get a unique reaction set.
